Responsibilities:

• Welcome and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude 
• Take food and drink orders promptly and with attention to detail 
• Serve food and beverages to tables in a timely manner 
• Offer menu recommendations and address any questions about the menu 
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in on tables and resolving concerns quickly 
• Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately 
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times  

Experience:

• Previous experience in a waiter/waitress role within the hospitality industry is essential 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with both guests and colleagues 
• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while staying detail-oriented 
• Strong time management skills to efficiently prioritize tasks 
• Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations 
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
