Sales Consultant Client Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are consistently met. 
• Make follow-up calls to generate new leads and convert outstanding quotes into sales. 
• Promote and sell our services, leveraging your knowledge and passion for the recruitment industry. 
• Prepare daily reports and track progress to monitor success. 
• Handle inbound telemarketing calls, delivering outstanding customer service in every interaction. 
• Process online visit requests, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience for clients. 
• Consistently meet individual targets while working collaboratively with the team to drive sales initiatives and achieve overall goals.
• Understanding client needs to tailor hiring strategies effectively.
• Actively source candidates through advertising, databases, and headhunting.
• Once potential candidates are identified, screen and interview them to assess their suitability.
• Manage the end-to-end hiring process, including coordinating interviews, negotiating offers, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic insights to clients.

Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in sales and proven record of meeting sales targets. 
• Able to take initiative and work independently, while also being a collaborative team player. 
• Enthusiastic, dedicated, and adaptable approach to work. 
• Strong track record of billing and client relationship management.
• Experience managing client accounts and independently running the recruitment cycle.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior consultants.
