About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential, commercial, mixed-use properties. You’ll be responsible for ensuring properties are well-maintained, tenants are supported, and all compliance and legal obligations are met. The role requires excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to maintaining properties to a high standard while protecting asset value. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of properties
  • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, landlords, and contractors
  • Coordinate maintenance works, repairs, and property inspections
  • Handle tenancy renewals, rent collection, arrears, and disputes
  • Prepare and monitor service charge budgets and ensure timely reconciliations
  • Ensure all properties meet current health & safety and legal compliance standards
  • Maintain accurate records and tenancy documentation
  • Liaise with legal teams where necessary (e.g. notice serving, lease interpretation)

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of experience in property management (residential or commercial)
  • Strong knowledge of UK property legislation (Landlord & Tenant Act, HMO, etc.)
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure
  • Experience using property software (e.g. Qube, Arthur, Reapit – desirable)
  • ARLA, IRPM, or RICS qualification (preferred but not essential)
  • Full UK driving licence (if site visits are required)
