About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on **Property Builder** (also known as a Multi-Trade Operative) to carry out general property maintenance, repairs, and refurbishment works. You’ll be working across a mix of residential and commercial sites, ensuring properties are kept in excellent condition for tenants and clients.

This is a varied, practical role suited to someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in doing a quality job, and can work independently or as part of a team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Painting, plaster patching, and decorating interiors/exteriors
• Basic plumbing (e.g. leaks, tap replacements, toilet fixes, unblocking drains)
• Small-scale repairs: tiling, sealant work, minor carpentry
• Kitchen and bathroom refurb support (installations, fittings, touch-ups)
• Carrying out general snagging and end-of-tenancy repairs
• Logging completed work and reporting any additional issues
• Following health & safety procedures on site

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of experience in property maintenance or general building work
• Good all-rounder with solid skills in painting, patching, and plumbing
• Ability to work independently, reliably, and professionally in tenant-occupied homes
• Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• CSCS card or other trade certification (advantageous, not essential)
• Own tools (preferred, or company tools can be provided)
