About the Role:
We’re looking for a qualified and reliable Plumber to join our in-house maintenance team. You’ll carry out plumbing repairs, installations, and routine maintenance across a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties managed by our company. You’ll work on a mobile basis, attending scheduled jobs and emergency call-outs, with a focus on responsive, high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs, leak investigations, and replacements (e.g. taps, toilets, radiators)
- Install and replace sanitaryware, pipework, and fixtures
- Respond to emergency call-outs such as leaks, blockages, or heating issues
- Assist with plumbing elements of void property refurbishments
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and relevant regulations
- Accurately record job details and report any follow-up works
- Liaise professionally with tenants, landlords, and property managers
What You’ll Need:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in domestic plumbing
- Experience in property maintenance or facilities management (preferred)
- Knowledge of unvented systems and basic heating repairs
- Full UK driving licence (essential for mobile role)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Gas Safe Registration – not required but a bonus
