Field Sales Representative

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Representative to join their team. This full-time role offers a salary of £29,033 plus benefits. You will report to a local Field Sales Manager and be responsible for meeting sales targets by maintaining relationships with existing customers and generating new business opportunities. Customers will include convenience stores, pubs, bars, restaurants, and cafes. Your focus will be promoting products that align with business goals and becoming an expert in the soft drinks sector.

Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling soft drinks to new and existing customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with retailers, restaurants, cafes, and pubs.
• Promote products, highlight benefits, and position them to meet customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the product range with existing customers.
• Ensure proper stock levels and displays, and manage reorders or deliveries.
• Provide regular reports on sales, feedback, and market conditions.
• Support and implement marketing campaigns.
• Educate customers on products and promotions.
• Resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
• Participate in local events to promote the brand.

Experience:

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills, with experience securing sales through fact-driven conversations. 
• Experience handling products or equipment in a fast-paced environment. 
• Ability to manage your workload and meet targets independently. 
• Skilled in using digital engagement to build customer relationships and drive sales. 
• Excellent at prioritising tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient with digital tools like iPhones and iPads for sales, communication, and reporting.

Job Type: 12 Month (Fixed Term Contract)
