Responsibilities:
- Support essential processes, including inventory management and stock audits
- Work closely with the Store Manager to motivate and lead a team of outdoor enthusiasts
- Set the standard for exceptional service, guiding customers to find the ideal gear for their needs.
- Assist with seasonal promotions and ensure the store maintains top-tier visual merchandising standards.
Experience:
- A strong background in retail management, preferably within the outdoor, apparel, or footwear industries.
- Solid understanding of store compliance, operational processes, and visual merchandising.
- A genuine passion for creating outstanding shopping experiences.
- Proven ability to motivate and coach a team to drive success.
- A team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
