Job Description

Our client is looking for someone who is passionate about the great outdoors and ready to help lead a motivated team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Support essential processes, including inventory management and stock audits
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to motivate and lead a team of outdoor enthusiasts
  • Set the standard for exceptional service, guiding customers to find the ideal gear for their needs. 
  • Assist with seasonal promotions and ensure the store maintains top-tier visual merchandising standards.

Experience:

  • A strong background in retail management, preferably within the outdoor, apparel, or footwear industries. 
  • Solid understanding of store compliance, operational processes, and visual merchandising. 
  • A genuine passion for creating outstanding shopping experiences. 
  • Proven ability to motivate and coach a team to drive success. 
  • A team-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full time

£35,000 – £38,000/annum
