About the Role:
We’re seeking a commercially focused and analytical Property Finance Manager to lead financial oversight of our property portfolio. Working closely with asset management and operations teams, you’ll be responsible for budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and driving performance across a range of residential and/or commercial assets. This is a key role for someone with strong property finance experience who enjoys working cross-functionally and adding value through insight and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the financial management of the property portfolio (P&L, budgets, forecasts)
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports for stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with asset managers to assess deal viability, capex projects, and leasing strategy
- Manage service charge budgets, rent roll, reconciliations, and operating costs
- Oversee cash flow forecasting and cost variance analysis across sites
- Support acquisition and disposal transactions with financial modelling and due diligence
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and audit requirements
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
What you’ll need:
- 5+ years’ experience in a property finance or real estate investment role
- Strong knowledge of service charges, leases, and property management accounting
- Excellent Excel and modelling skills
- Experience with property systems (e.g., Yardi, Qube, MRI – desirable)
- Ability to influence non-financial stakeholders and senior leadership
