Exciting Opportunity: Restaurant Manager (Client Hiring)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the bar and restaurant, including opening and closing tasks
• Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations 
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and improve customer satisfaction 
• Train, supervise, and support bartenders and waiting staff, offering guidance when needed 
• Monitor inventory levels and manage orders for supplies 
• Design and update drink menus to offer a diverse range of options for guests 
• Ensure the bar area and restaurant remain clean and well-organized at all times 
• Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and handle any issues promptly 
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure seamless coordination between bar and restaurant operations

Experience:

• 3 years of supervisory experience (required) 
• 3 years of experience in hospitality (required) 
• 3 years of customer service experience (required) 
• 2 years of restaurant management experience (required) 
• Previous experience in a similar role, such as Bar/Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Bar/Restaurant Manager, is essential 
• In-depth knowledge of hotel, restaurant, or bar operations 
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and kitchen operations is preferred 
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team 
• Culinary background or experience in food preparation is an advantage
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail 
• Proven success in staff supervision and delivering exceptional customer service
