Our client is looking for Store Team Members with a passion for athletic sneakers and apparel. Someone who thrives in a team environment, while also continually improving personal sales skills. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet personal and productivity goals, as well as your capacity to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for every customer.

Responsibilities:

• Quickly learning and sharing product expertise and trends to provide tailored recommendations 
• Achieving sales targets while consistently meeting customer experience and operational standards 
• Maintaining personal performance and productivity goals 
• Ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by demonstrating in-depth knowledge of all products and collaborating effectively with team members to deliver top-notch sales service 
• Fostering a positive and inclusive workplace environment 
• Engaging with every customer by asking insightful questions to understand their needs 

Experience:

• Staying informed on all product knowledge, as well as current and upcoming product trends 1-3 years of retail experience 
• Driven to achieve outstanding results, fuelled by enthusiasm for interacting with customers and athletic products 
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays 
• Confident in engaging customers to deliver an exceptional experience 
• Proactively completes tasks and activities with minimal supervision
